Proof of Vaccination, Valid Required for Admittance to Claflin Home Basketball Games
ORANGEBURG, SC - In an effort to keep Claflin University student-athletes, students, staff, fans and supporters safe, the Claflin University Department of Athletics will continue its requirement of proof of vaccination and a valid identification in order to gain access to home basketball games at Claflin University. The requirement will remain in place for the remainder of the 2021-22 basketball season.
In order to gain admittance to Claflin University men's and women's basketball games, attendees will need to provide proof of vaccination and a valid identification. In addition to proof of full vaccination, attendees will also be required to wear facemasks at all times within the Jonas T. Kennedy Health & Physical Education Center.
The Lady Panthers will return to Tullis Arena next Thursday, January 6
th when the team hosts Virginia Union in a 5:30 p.m. game. Both the Lady Panthers and the Panthers will take on Bowie State on
Saturday, January 8
th. The Lady Panthers will tip off at 1:30 p.m. while the Panthers are scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. tip-off.
