ORANGEBURG, SC - The Claflin Panters (8-6, 5-0 CIAA) rallied from a 16-point deficit to claim a 78-76 win over the Lincoln (Pa.) Lions (7-10, 2-3 CIAA), Saturday afternoon. Claflin senior guard
Cristian Sanon powered the Panthers' comeback to claim their fifth straight Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) win.
Both the Panthers and the Lions put on some great offensive performances in the game. In the end, key shots turned out to be the difference in the victory. While the Panthers allowed the Lions to shooting 48.3% (29-of-60) from the floor, the Panthers topped the effort, shooting 50.0% (25-of-50) from the floor. Claflin senior guard

With the win, the Panthers improve to 8-6 overall and 5-0 in CIAA play. The team will return to action, Monday, when they host the Virginia Union Panthers.
