Biography

2021-22: Silas played in 10 games with six starts for the Rams. He finished the season with 17 total rebounds and three steals.
 
Personal: Silas joined the Panthers in the fall of 2021. He came to Claflin University as a graduate of Cardinal Newman High School where had a great career. He led the team to a pair of state championships while pulling in 500 career rebounds. He was a two-time all-region selection and all-state selection all while also competing in track & field. He was also a star in the classroom where he earned the Columbia Urban League Academic Award and he compiled a 3.6 grade-point average (GPA). He is a Business Administration major and he is the son of Shanda and Stanley Christie.
