Biography

Donnell joined the Panthers in the fall of 2017. He came to Claflin University after attending Southern Vermont College. He is a graduate of the Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland where he was an All-Met selection and an all-conference selection. He is a graduate of Claflin University and he is currently in pursuit of a Master of Business Administration degree. He is the son of Vonda and Donnell Frayer, Sr.
