Biography
2022: Did not compete in cross country.
2021: Shekinah had a solid season in 2021. She competed in four meets for the Lady Panthers, and she finished the season in style when she recorded a season-best 25:45.1 in the women’s 5K at the 2021 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women’s Cross-Country Championship.
2020: The 2020 cross country season was cancelled due to concerns regarding COVID-19.
Personal: Shenikah joined the Panthers cross country team in the fall of 2021. She competed in track & field for the Panthers in 2021. She is a graduate of Forsyth Central High School where she earned several awards. She earned the Captain Award, the Brittany Reece Award, and the Florence Griffith Joyner Award. She is a Business Administration major, and she is the daughter of Barbara and George Duffin.
