In his sixth season with the Claflin University women's basketball program, Nimbrick Green brings more than 20 years of coaching and athletic experience to the Lady Panthers. His broad background in collegiate basketball, football operations, and university athletics makes him an essential part of the coaching staff.
Over the last four seasons, Green has assisted the Lady Panthers with practices, player development, game preparation, and in-game operations. He collaborates with the coaching staff to support team strategy, provide sideline assistance, and foster an environment built on accountability, teamwork, and growth.
Before joining the women's basketball staff, Green spent 17 years as an assistant coach with the Claflin men's basketball program. During his tenure, he contributed to daily practices, scouting, game preparation, and player development while supporting the head coach with strategic adjustments and game-day responsibilities.
His experience also extends beyond basketball. Green has worked in football operations and sideline support for Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School football, assisting with game-day coordination and communication between staff and officials. He has also supported university operations through shipping, receiving, and package delivery at Claflin University.
Known for his leadership, dependability, and strong work ethic, Green has built meaningful relationships with student-athletes while contributing to the overall success and operation of Claflin Athletics.
