Muhammad Receives CIAA Scholarship for The McLendon Experience

Rashid Muhammad received a tremendous honor when he was named a recipient of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Scholarship Recipient for The Mclendon Experience on October 9-10
th in Durham, North Carolina.
The McLendon experience brought together more than 200 aspiring sports professionals, student-athletes, and young leaders for two days of networking, professional development, and inspiration. The participants engaged in workshops, panels, and exclusive opportunities to connect with leaders across the sports industry.
With the scholarship, Muhammad received up to $1,000 in support, which included fee registration, hotel accommodations for the three nights, and reimbursement for travel and food expenses during the event. The scholarship underscored the CIAA's ongoing commitment to providing equitable access to leadership and professional growth for all the student-athletes within the conference.
