ORANGEBURG, SC - With the threat of incoming inclement weather, the basketball doubleheader between Claflin University and Johnson C. Smith University has been postponed. The two teams will instead face on Monday, February 2nd at Edward L. Tullis Arena on the campus of Claflin University.

Originally, the Claflin Lady Panthers and Golden Bulls were scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. tip-off while the Panthers and Golden Bulls were scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. tip-off. However, with a Saturday weather forecast that includes snow, with a 70% chance of precipitation, the decision to postpone the games was made.

The Lady Panthers will head into the game with a 9-6 overall record and a 5-4 record in Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) play. The Panthers will head into the game with a 10-8 overall record and a 6-2 record in CIAA play.

On Monday, the doubleheader will begin with the Lady Panthers tipping off at 5:00 p.m. The Panthers are scheduled to start with a 7:00 p.m. tip-off.
