Biography

Jemal joined the Panthers in the fall of 2023. He came to Claflin as a graduate of Lower Richland High School where he was a 2023 South Carolina 3A All-Region selection. He was also an academic star. He was his class valedictorian and he earned a place in the National Honors Society, the National STEM Honor Society, and the National Society of High School Scholars. He is a Computer Engineering major and he is the son of Pamela and Joseph Scarborough.
