Michael joined the Panthers in the fall of 2022. He came to Claflin University as a graduate of Columbia International University where he competed for three seasons. He was also a member of the team that claimed the 2021 National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championship Team. In addition to some great play on the field, he also had some terrific performances in the classroom where he earned a spot on the President’s List four times and the Dean’s List three times. He is also a graduate of Calvary Day School where he was an all-region selection as a senior. He also competed in both football and cross country. He was also a star in the classroom where he earned a spot on the honor roll throughout his high school career. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and he is the son of Michael Bailey.
