Biography

Shannon joined the Panthers in the fall of 2025. He came to Claflin as a graduate of Dudley High School in Greensboro, North Carolina. During his career at Dudley High School he was a two-time all-conference selection and he earned 3A Conference Player of the Year honors in 2023. He was also a member of the Panthers’ 2021 football championship team. He is an Accounting major and he is the son of Tiffany and Shannon Edwards.
