2022: Jaelyn stepped up to become one of the leaders for the Lady Panthers. She started in 35 of the team’s 38 games last season. She finished the season with a .330 batting average after 32 hits in 97 at-bats. Her batting performance included six doubles, two triples, and two home runs. She also added seven stolen bases. For her efforts, she was honored as a Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) First Team All-Conference selection. As a pitcher, she posted a 3-2 overall record in 10 appearances. She totaled 29 strikeouts in 19.2 innings of play.
 
2021: Though the season was cut short due to concerns regarding COVID-19, she was impressive. She started in all 11 games. She finished the season with a .515 batting average that included 17 hits in 33 at-bats. The effort included five doubles, three triples, and a home run. As a pitcher, she compiled a 3-1 record in six total appearances. She totaled 21 strikeouts in 19.1 innings in the circle.
 
2020: Jaelyn had a solid freshman season for the Lady Panthers. She played in 17 games with 14 starts. She finished the season with a .247 batting average after nine hits in 37 at-bats.
 
Personal: Jaelyn joined the Lady Panthers in the fall of 2019. She came to Claflin after graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School where she had a terrific career. She was a first team all-state selection in 2018 and she was named the 2019 DPS Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year. She was also an all-league selection in all four years of competition. In addition to softball, she also competed in basketball and soccer. She is a Math Education major and she is the daughter of Rossanda and Kyler Jackson.
