2024-25: Kennedy had a solid junior season for the Lady Panthers. She played in 22 of the team’s 26 games. She finished the season with 50 total points and 14 rebounds. She also added four blocks and 12 steals. She also added 16 assists.
 
2023-24: Kennedy played in 23 games for the Lady Panthers. She finished the season with 26 total points, 10 rebounds, 17 assists, and seven steals. She scored a career-high seven points at Morris where she also added a career-high five assists.
 
Personal: Kennedy joined the Lady Panthers in the fall of 2023. She came to Claflin as a graduate of Phillip Simmons High School where she had a great career. She finished her high school career as the school’s leading scorer (boys & girls), the single-season scoring recordholder, the single-season record holder, and the single-season steals record holder She was a five-time captain and a three-time all-state selection. She was also named her team Player of the Year twice. Academically, she earned a spot in the National Honor Society, the Principal’s List, and in the Beta Club. She was also a member of the Yearbook Club, and she was a Teacher Cadet. She is a Computer Science major, and she is the daughter of Tarsha Harrison-Rivers and Kevin Rivers.
