Biography
Sameera joined the Lady Panthers in the fall of 2021. She came to Claflin University as a graduate of Saint Thomas High School where she had a great career. She earned All-EKL honorable mention honors and was named team captain. She also earned the most supportive player award, and she was the three-point tournament champion. She was also a star in the classroom, earning a spot on the principal’s honor roll and a spot in the national honors society, the French honors society, and the was a United Nations Delegate winner. She is a Biochemistry major and she is the daughter of Tonya and Khalid Elmasri.
