Abigail joined the Lady Panthers in the fall of 2025. She came to Claflin as a graduate of Sandhoke Early College High. During her high school career, she was a two-time Sandhills 3A/4A All-Conference selection and she was the 2022-23 Hoke County Volleyball Offensive MVP, the 2024-25 Hoke County Volleyball MVP, and team captain for two years. She was also an academic star where she earned a spot in the Science National Honors Society, the National Honor Society, the National Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society), Phi Theta Kappa (Community College National Honor Society), and Top 10 Highest African American GPAs in the Hoke County Class of 2025. She is a Marketing major and she is the daughter of Giovanna and Patrick Watts.
