2024: Kaitlin had a great junior season for the Lady Panthers. She played in 17 of the team’s 19 matches with nine starts. She finished the season ranked second on the team with 15 service aces. Defensively, she totaled nine total blocks (three solo) and she recorded 27 digs. 
 
2023: Kaitlin returned for a strong sophomore season. She played in 11 matches with three starts. She finished the season with six kills with three assists. She finished the season with 17 total blocks (one solo). She also added eight digs.
 
2022: Kaitlin had a solid freshman season with the Lady Panthers. She played in 20 of the team’s 22 matches with 18 starts. She finished the season with 29 kills with five assists. Defensively, she added 40 total blocks (eight solo) and 24 digs. 
 
Personal: Kaitlin will join the Lady Panthers in the fall of 2022. She comes to Claflin University as a graduate of the High School for Health Professionals. She competed at Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School where she earned several honors. She earned the Coaches Award twice, the Most Improved Player award, and she earned a spot on the all-region team. Academically, she was equally impressive as she earned a place on the Principal’s List, the Honor Roll, the President’s List and the Dean’s List. She also competed in track & field at Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School. She is a Biology major and she is the daughter of Angela and Eric Ham.
