Track Standout Dennis Bain Qualifies for Commonwealth Games

Orangeburg, S.C.—Claflin University track standout Dennis Bain has qualified for the upcoming Commonwealth Games which are being held in Glasgow, Scotland.  Bain will represent the Bahamas in the 110 meters hurdles at the Games, which runs from July 23 thru August 3.
 
This is just another accomplishment for Bain who finished, 2nd in the 60 meter hurdles during the 2014 NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships.  Bain also completed the outdoor season with the second fastest time (13.83) in the 110 meter hurdles amongst Division II athletes.
