ORANGEBURG, SC - The Claflin Lady Panthers (3-17) gave it their all, but the team struggled against some tough South Carolina State (5-15) in a three-set loss road loss, Wednesday evening. The Lady Panthers found points hard to come by in the 11-25, 16-25, and 17-25 loss.

Abigail Watts played a solid match with 11 digs.
With the loss, the Lady Panthers fall to 3-17 overall. The team will not have long to rest as they will return to action, tomorrow when they host the Johnson C. Smith Golden Bulls in a 6:00 p.m. match at the Edward L. Tullis Arena on the campus of Claflin University.
