2023-24: Jailen had another great season as the floor general for the Panthers. He started in 26 of the Panthers’ 27 games. He finished the season with 218 points, 60 assists, and 39 steals. His best game of the season came against Virginia State in the quarterfinal round of the 2024 CIAA Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament. He led the Panthers with 23 points in that game. He also reached double-digit scoring in nine total games during the season.
 
2022-23: Jailen returned to the Panthers in a big way with a great junior season. He played in all 26 games with 25 starts for the Panthers. He finished the season as the team’s leading scorer with 310 total points. He averaged 11.9 points per game. He also led the team with 77 assists and 47 steals. He finished the season ranked 4^th in the conference and 12^th in the conference in scoring.
 
2019-20: Competed in 31 games with four starts for the Panthers. He totaled 108 points, including hitting seven three-pointers. He also added 38 assists with 24 steals.
 
2018-19: Sat out the season as a redshirt.
 
Personal: Jailen joined the Panthers in the fall of 2018. He came to Claflin as a graduate of Salisbury High School where he earned all-county, all-conference, and all-region honors. He was equally impressive in the classroom where he earned a spot in the National Junior Honors Society. He is a Business Administration major, and he is the son of Missy and Bryan Williams.
