Hall of Fame
Earl Donalson had one of the more distinguished careers in Claflin men’s basketball. He was a three-time all-conference selection and he earned NAIA All-American honorable mention honors. He also finished his career with 2,210 points and he finished with a career average of 20 points, five rebounds, and three assists per game. In addition to competing on the hardwood, he also competed in track & field for four seasons with the Panthers.
Following his terrific collegiate career, he went on to enjoy a 40-year teaching career that was highlighted by him earning the Teacher of the Year Award at the Downtown Learning Center in Atlanta, Georgia during the 1986-87 year.
