Hall of Fame
Victor had a strong career with the Panthers basketball team. During his career, he was named a co-captain and he earned first team All-SEAC honors in 1966. During his career, he averaged 22 points and 11 rebounds per game.
Following his collegiate career, Blue went on to serve as the boys’ basketball coach at Sims High School. He also went on to obtain the first Claflin Alumni Chapter in north New Jersey and served as its first president. His work in the community is well-known as he has earned numerous honors as Vice Chairman of the Dillon County First STEPS Program and other efforts. He went on to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of his own company, Blue Meadows, Inc.
